For homeowners
Free. No fees, no account required to request quotes, no obligation to hire. You pay the tradesperson directly for their work, and nothing to us, ever.
Pay-per-lead — £22 to £120, per delivered lead
A lead is one homeowner's job request, sent to you with their contact details. Prices are fixed per trade — from £22 for cleaning jobs to £120 for architect work — and every price is shown before you buy. You are charged when a lead is delivered to you, whether or not you go on to win the work.
A lead goes to at most three businesses— that limit is written into the routing code, and your lead alert tells you how many others were notified. If a delivered lead is invalid — unreachable, outside your area, not a genuine enquiry — contact us and we'll review it for credit.
You control exposure: a daily lead cap on your account (default 5) stops any surprise run of charges, and wallet credit is always used before your card is charged again.
Featured — £75/month
Featured buys placement, and we say so where it appears: every Featured listing is labelled “Featured · paid” in neutral grey, never dressed as a quality signal, and at most two Featured slots appear on any page. It renews monthly and cancels in one tap from your Whop account. Featured does not touch your ranking — see how ranking works.
Three standing rules
1. The directory stays free and indexable, forever. Every business Google lists, whether they pay us or not. A directory that hides non-payers is a brochure.
2. Pay-as-you-go only. No contracts, no minimum terms, no auto-renewing lock-ins beyond the visible £75 monthly subscription, which cancels in one tap. We will never make leaving hard.
3. This page keeps a changelog. Any change to pricing or these rules is dated and listed below before it takes effect. If this section is ever quietly deleted, that tells you everything.
