How it actually works
- 1
You tell us your patch
Your trade and the postcodes you'll travel to. We check nobody else has them.
- 2
A homeowner asks for you
Someone in your area describes their job. It goes to you and nobody else.
- 3
You get a text
Their name, number and what they need — within seconds. You ring them.
The questions everyone asks
›How is this different from Checkatrade or Bark?
They sell the same enquiry to several trades and let you race for it. We send each job to one contractor. If the homeowner's job is yours, it's yours — nobody else is ringing them.
›What does it cost?
You pay per lead, per job. The price depends on your trade — a cleaning enquiry and an extension enquiry aren't worth the same. We go through the exact figures for your trade on the call so you can work out whether it pays before you commit to anything.
›Am I tied in?
No contract and no minimum. You pay for leads you take, and you can stop whenever you want.
›What if a lead is rubbish?
Tell us and we'll credit you. Right now that's a real person reading your email or answering the phone, not a form — we're deliberately small enough that you get a human.
›How many leads will I actually get?
Depends entirely on demand in your postcodes, and we won't invent a number. On the call we'll show you what enquiry volume has genuinely looked like in your area so you can decide with real figures.
›How do I get the leads?
Text and email the moment one comes in, with the homeowner's name, number and what they need. You ring them. There's a dashboard for your history and spend.
Is your area still open?
We only take one contractor per trade per patch. Fifteen minutes on the phone and you'll know where you stand.
