There's no free trial — the first £197 is charged when you start. The membership isn't a lead allowance either; leads are billed separately at the rate for your trade.

Your exact figure is confirmed on the call, before anything is switched on. If a lead turns out to be a duplicate, a test, or plainly the wrong trade or area, we credit it back — email hello@domifyr.com or ring us and a person sorts it.

The questions we actually get asked
Is the lead genuinely exclusive?
Yes. Each homeowner enquiry is routed to one contractor, and their details are not passed to anyone else. We'll be straight with you about one thing: on the confirmation page after a homeowner submits a job, we also show a shortlist of verified local businesses they can ring themselves — you're on that list in your area. The enquiry, the contact details and the first call are still yours alone.
What do I actually pay?
Two things. £197/month membership, which secures your area and puts us to work generating enquiries for it. Then a fee per lead that depends on your trade — between £8 and £60, see the table above. There is no single flat per-lead price because a drain unblock and a loft conversion aren't worth the same to you.
Is there a contract, or a free trial?
No contract and no minimum term — cancel any time. There is no free trial either: it's a straight £197/month charge from the day you start. We'd rather say that now than have you find out at checkout.
How do I hear about a new lead?
Email and SMS, sent as soon as the enquiry is matched to you, and it appears in your lead dashboard. We don't put a countdown on it — there's no timer that hands your lead to someone else if you don't answer in an hour.
What happens if a lead is rubbish?
Duplicates, obvious tests and enquiries in plainly the wrong trade or area get credited back. That's handled by a person: email hello@domifyr.com or ring 0330 043 3277 and tell us which lead. There is no self-serve dispute screen — we're not going to pretend there is one.
Can I change my postcodes or how many leads I get?
Yes, but you ask us and we change it — by email or on the phone, usually the same day. There's no dashboard toggle for area or daily volume yet. Being honest about that is more use to you than a screenshot of a feature that doesn't exist.
How big is Domifyr?
72,000+ listed UK trade businesses across 1,166 towns and cities and 34 trade categories. We also publish real local pricing data for trades and areas across the UK — no other UK directory does, which is a large part of why homeowners land on us in the first place.
What if my area is already taken?
We'll tell you on the call rather than sign you up and hope. If your main postcodes are gone we'll say which neighbouring ones are open, and if none of it works for you we'll leave it there.
